Major Responsibilities:
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
- Processes reports by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Secures information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains confidence and keeps information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Any other tasks required to accomplish the project objectives.
Job Requirements:
Academic Qualification
- Secondary Education Degree.
Professional Experience
- At least one year experience in an administrative position.
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel.
Skills
- Spoken and written fluency in English and Arabic. (French is a plus)
- Good computer skills.
- Highly organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Analytical skills.
- Initiative and sound judgment.
- Ability to work as a member of a team as well as work autonomously.
- Strong communication skills.
Others
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relations with people of different cultural backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to-detail.
- Knowledge of contextual diversity of various areas of Tripoli, Lebanon.
