Development Team: Internship

Al-Fayhaa will recruit interns as part of their internship program to work on developing the assessment tool based on the data collected during the interview and focus group discussion.  Based on the requirement of this project, the selected interns will be asked to work for 140 hour per month.

  Responsibilities:

• Development of the assessment tool
• Conduct analytical research on the current state of professional requirements and desirable competencies (data collection)
• Conduct analytical research on fixed personality traits that influence behavioural tendencies across multiple contexts (data collection)
• Running interview and focus group discussions
• Work in consultation of a technical advisor

Other responsibilities as specified by the technical advisor
