Digital Hub Focal Point

Major Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with teachers and center supervisor the Digital Learning sessions.
• Handle any required maintenance in coordination with the center’s focal point.
• Support children, adolescents and caregivers accessing the digital hub.
• Help children logging in to their accounts and navigating the Learning passport and Akelius platforms.
• Attend regular meetings and trainings.
• Provide the technical assistance for teachers when needed
• ​Assign an ID number, print or label each tablet, and attach the ID label for easy tracking.
• Create an Excel file with serial numbers, IDs, operating systems, and assigned students.
• Organize safe tablet rotation, store in secure locations with charging stations.
• Ensure tablets are charged at 50% minimum for effective use.
• Check charging cords for maintenance if no charging station is available.
• Develop a booking system for tablets and reserve the Language Lab in advance.
• Create a system for moving tablets between storage and classrooms.
• Maintain a logbook for tablet borrowing, noting dates, times, and quantity.
• Keep tablet screens clean and verify covers, protectors, and headsets regularly.
• Report damages to the focal point, organize repairs.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks to identify missing equipment or deterioration.
• Support in another center related task

Requirements:

• Fresh graduated or university students in IT or any related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in digital hub focal point or a related field.
• Have IT background.
• knowledge with android tablets and apps
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and strong computer skills
• Good communication and training skills.
