- Directs research activities concerned with educational programs and services in school system.- Develop tests measuring the effectiveness of curricula.- Develop questionnaires and interview school staff and administrators to obtain information about curricula. Evaluate data obtained from study and prepare narrative and statistical reports for dissemination to school administrators.- Develop in-service training programs for staff.
