Field Officer

The Field Officer will be responsible for following up the implementation of a one-year project. S/he will work closely with project staff, local partners, civil society organizations and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality implementation of all activities and the development of a collaborative relationship between beneficiaries. The Field Officer will oversee day-to-day operations and will ensure that the implementation of the program itself is on-time and to maximum efficiency. This includes providing a regular presence with, project staff stakeholders and networking contacts with the local government. The Field Officer will be responsible for managing project staff and resources devoted to this project in conformity with Lebanese law and Al-Fayhaa’s internal policies. S/he will also collaborate closely with the technical staff, as well as trainers, teachers, and supervisors working on the Project to ensure the deliverables are of high quality and delivered in a timely manner.
Major Responsibilities:

Participates as AF field staff in the planning and provision of the project activities.
Ensures data verification.
Programs regular visits to the activities to assess partner performance and to ensure the quality of the project.
Ensures timely resolution of complaints at field level.
Timely identifies, informs and discusses any issues with the Project Coordinator.
Works closely and effectively with project staff on site.
Represents FA where appropriate.
Any other relevant tasks required to accomplish the project objectives.
