Field Officer

Major Responsibilities:

• Procures and guides proper storage and distribution stock, supplies and services for the timely delivery of project objectives.
• Oversees and supports Al-Fayhaa Association field staff in the planning and provision of the project activities.
• Ensures monitoring of project implementation in accordance with the Logical Framework.
• Ensures data verification
• Programs regular visits to the activities to assess partner performance and to ensure the quality of the project.
• Ensures timely resolution of complaints at field level field.
• Timely identifies, informs and discusses any issues with the Project Coordinator.
• Works closely and effectively with project staff on site.
• Represents Al-Fayhaa Association where appropriate.
• Any other tasks required to accomplish the project objectives.

Job Requirements:

Academic Qualification

• University degree in social sciences, or any relevant field.

Professional Experience

• One to two years’ experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in report writing.

Skills

• Spoken and written fluency in English and Arabic.
• Good writing skills.
• Capacity to work in team and flexibility to take on new tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Dynamic leader with creative problem-solving skills, particularly in challenging situations.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.

Others

• Able to establish and maintain effective working relations with people of different cultural backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to-detail.
• Knowledge of contextual diversity of various areas of Tripoli, Lebanon.
