Inclusion Officer

Summary

The inclusion officer main role is to direct content for students with disabilities. The officer will be responsible for data collection, interpretation and reporting to measure each student's case. S/he will likewise team up in timely with specialized staff, just as mentors, instructors, and managers to guarantee that the expectations are delivered in a convenient way.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Sorts out ordinary field visits and guide the outreach workers on how to deal with children with disabilities
  • Works with other committee members to ensure that their area of work has taken inclusion issues into consideration
  • Records manage and preserve inclusion data in a safe and accessible way.
  • Gives training, mentoring and methodological help and direction to standard instructors regarding the ways to involve students with disabilities.
  • Monitors the advancement of students with specialized curriculum needs and offers direction to the families to ensure their commitment in family commitment exercises
  • Gives week by week reports about action including the accomplishment of results, preparing needs, etc.…
  • Produces timely-based reports on relevant statistics
  • Be aware of inclusion strategies
  • Participate in child protection meetings and training organized by UNICEF
  • Any other tasks required to accomplish the project objectives
