Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (M&E Officer) will be in monitoring and evaluating ongoing projects on site. The officer will be responsible for data collection, interpretation and reporting to measure the project’s performance and efficiency. The officer will also help Al-Fayhaa in strengthening its M&E system by providing proper data collection and measurement in addition to shedding the light on critical indicators that need to be added.
Major Responsibilities:

Ensures that implementation of field activities adheres to Al-Fayhaa’s monitoring and evaluation system.
Supervises regular data collection through implementing partners and ensures the quality of the data by random verifications and validations.
Ensures that all data is entered correctly and in time on FA’s database cloud, providing feedback to relevant managers if there are gaps or incoherent information.
Ensures that different databases are up to date (new entry and updates) and complete, and that all incoherent information is promptly corrected.
Analyses and discusses findings based on regular monitoring data.
Produces timely-based reports on relevant statistics.
Supports the team in dealing with any other tasks as may be required.
Any other relevant tasks required to accomplish the project objectives
