Recreational Facilitator

Major Responsibilities:

• Plan structured recreational sessions appropriate to age and ability.
• Use creative arts, sports, movement, and group engagement methods.
• Ensure all activities are safe, inclusive, and engaging.
• Facilitate sessions for children and youth with positive energy.
• Encourage teamwork, participation, and respect among participants.
• Adapt activities for children with different abilities.
• Track attendance, engagement, and behavioral improvements.
• Report any concerns to the Center Supervisor.
• Work with teachers to integrate recreation with learning goals.
• Participate in CP, PSEA, and PSS trainings.
• Any additional tasks requested by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Academic Qualification

• University degree, Teaching Diploma is a plus and 1 year experience in a relevant field

or

• University student with minimum 2 years experiences in a relevant field

Skills

• Spoken and written fluency in English and Arabic.
• Good writing skills.
• Capacity to work in team and flexibility to take on new tasks.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Computer Skills specially Microsoft Excel is a must
