Major Responsibilities:
- Facilitate YFS sessions using participatory and youth-centered methods.
- Teaching according to the curriculum, achievements and the abilities of individual students.
- Assign, work, correct and mark work carried out by students
- Use role plays, group work, discussions, and practical exercises.
- Promote soft skills, emotional regulation, and leadership.
- Create an inclusive and respectful safe space.
- Support youth in exploring pathways to education and livelihoods.
- Apply pre- and post-learning tools.
- Track attendance and participation quality.
- Create a respectful, motivating, youth-friendly environment.
- Participate in training and coaching.
- Coordinate referrals with outreach staff if needed.
- Document and report learning outcomes to the Center Supervisor.
- Promote positive discipline and emotional safety.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and coordination activities.
- Adhere to Al Fayhaa association Child Protection & PSEA policies.
- Immediately report child protection concerns.
- Any additional tasks requested by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Academic Qualification
- University degree, Teaching Diploma is a plus and 1 year experience in a relevant field
or
- University student with minimum 2 years experiences in a relevant field
Skills
- Spoken and written fluency in English and Arabic.
- Good writing skills.
- Capacity to work in team and flexibility to take on new tasks.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Computer Skills specially Microsoft Excel is a must
