Community Center Officer

Qualifications & Experience: University  degree; preferably related to social work Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience Experience in managing community centers and development projects or community mobilization Experience in emergency work is a plus Ability  to speak , read and write Arabic and English     Duties Facilitate the establishment and support the functioning of center’s Committees related to all community service areas. Provide regular feedback to Hadatha management on refugees’ needs and concerns on and in the centres run by Hadatha. Follow up the adequate maintenance of side infrastructure, the agreed delivery of services and protection by all partners. Coordinate and advocate with other partners when gaps or duplication are identified. Represent Hadatha in giving verbal or written warning in case of breach of Collective Centre rules. Engage Hadatha management and other relevant stakeholders, to effect the eviction of a resident or HH from the Collective Centre when needed. Organize and ensure a timely, proper written weekly reporting and report daily if needed on problems faced. All other tasks relevant to your work that might be asked by your line manager.
