AUTHENTIC ALEY: Aley DMO Administrative Assistant

Key responsibilities
•    Ensure and follow up all DMO administrative procedures and provide support to management and/or office team
•    Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry
•    Assist with all budget activities, including accounting
•    Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
•    Answer incoming communications 
•    Follow up on all maintenance issues at the DMO Center and coordinate operations, including purchasing, equipment, property inventory, building, equipment, …etc. and maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory

•    Support in the development of reports and documents in a confidential manner
•    Follow up on social security transactions
•    Follow up on all legal documents

Application Submission Guidelines

•    Fluent in Arabic and English (Oral and written), French is a plus 
•    Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, basic software applications and familiarity with the internet and email communications
•    Fundamentals of work organization, scheduling, process development and data/quality control
•    Ability to work under pressure and manage several tasks simultaneously
•    Preferably living in Aley district
