The Alawite Islamic Charity Association (AICA) is seeking qualified individual trainers or training firms to design and deliver a comprehensive Data Analytics training module under the NEAR-funded HFABF II Project. The training includes three components: Excel Basic (5 days), Excel Advanced (9 days), and Data Analytics (18 days), each aligned with ICDL standards. The sessions aim to build the digital capacities of staff from PHCCs, SDCs, and municipalities in North Lebanon (Tripoli area), enhancing their ability to manage, analyze, and interpret institutional data for improved governance and service delivery. The training will begin in June 2025 and cover two groups of 15 participants each, totaling 64 training days. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience, provide valid ICDL certifications, and submit a comprehensive technical and financial proposal as outlined in the ITB package.

How to Apply
Interested individual trainers or training firms must submit a complete technical and financial proposal in response to the ITB No. AICA/ITB/2025/DAM/2025/05/013. The application package must include:
- Required Documents:
Technical Proposal (in a sealed envelope):
Training methodology, curriculum outline, timeline.
Completed Annex F (Technical Evaluation Sheet).
Proof of similar past work (reference letters, contracts).
Trainer CV(s) with valid ICDL certifications.
Copy of company registration, tax certificate (or 8.5% will be deducted).
Signed compliance statements: Annex D (Payment), Annex E (Blacklist), and AICA policies.
Financial Proposal (in a separate sealed envelope):
Quotation per day/session in USD.
Clearly itemized costs as per Annex B.
