Provision of 30 Laptops - AICA/ITB/2025/INK/2025/06/001

The Alawite Islamic Charity Association (AICA), established in 1950 and based in Tripoli, North Lebanon, is inviting qualified and registered suppliers to participate in a tender for the supply and delivery of laptops under the NEAR Change Fund – HFABF II Project.

Scope of Supply

Item: 30 new laptops (detailed technical specifications available in the tender dossier – Annex A).

Delivery Location: AICA HQ, Jabal Mohsen, Tripoli, Lebanon

Delivery Timeline: As per contract terms

Warranty: Minimum 1 year

Interested suppliers are requested to obtain the full Invitation to Tender (ITB) dossier, including:

Annex B – Financial Offer Form

Annex E – Blacklist Compliance Letter

Annex D - Validation of Payment Terms

Annex G – Compliance with AICA Policies Declaration

Important Notes

Late submissions will not be accepted.

Payments will be made via bank transfer or bank letter only – no cash transactions above USD 100 will be processed.

AICA applies a 3.4% withholding tax unless the supplier provides a valid financial registration certificate.

AICA reserves the right to accept or reject any offer in accordance with its Procurement Manual and donor regulations.
