Framework Agreement for Supply of Fresh Vegetables

The Alawite Islamic Charity Association (AICA) invites qualified and registered suppliers to participate in an Open Tender for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the supply of fresh vegetables to support AICA’s humanitarian food assistance programs in North Lebanon.
Scope of Supply
Goods: As per Annex I – Technical Specifications:
Local Cucumber – 850 kg
Whole Tomato – 3,000 kg
Local Lemon – 1,690 kg
Local Garlic – 100 kg
Local Onion – 6,000 kg
White Cabbage – 3,250 kg
Coriander Bundles – 130 kg
Framework Agreement Duration: 4 months (01 Sep – 31 Dec 2025)
Delivery Location: House of Wisdom Community Kitchen (HOWCK), Jabal Mohsen, Tripoli – Lebanon
Quantities: Indicative; AICA is not obliged to purchase the full estimated volume
Submission Procedure
All bids must be submitted electronically via AICA’s Odoo ERP Tender Portal:

Suppliers apply thourgh the portal and upload:
Technical Proposal (Annex I, Annex III, Annex IV, Annex V, signed Code of Conduct)
Financial Proposal (Annex II) – unit prices & totals, valid for 120 days
Submission Format: Two compiled PDF files:
File 1: Technical Proposal Package (Annex I, III, IV, V + Code of Conduct + supporting docs)
File 2: Financial Proposal (Annex II only)

This announcement does not constitute a contract. Signing of the Framework Agreement will follow evaluation and award.
AICA reserves the right to split awards, reduce/cancel quantities, or reject all offers.
