- Responsible for all secretarial and administrative issues
- To act as the focal point for external communication and correspondence and ensure timely dispatching and follow-up of calls/letters/faxes/e-mail
- To keep files of all projects and staff ensuring all necessary documents are on file and monitored including: projects proposals, reports, budgets, contracts, codes of conduct, job descriptions, attendance sheets, holiday and sick leave requests, disciplinary documents and appraisals
- To be responsible for the filing and organization of all ALEF contracts and archives (employment, commercial, maintenance, rental)
- To follow up on office supplies, equipments and maintenance
- To follow up on travel arrangements
- Follow up on the needs of project officers with coordination with the Executive Director.
- Any other duties relating to the nature of the job as directed by the Line Manager.
