Programme Setup and Management Infrastructure Consultancy

Alfanar is a UK-based venture philanthropy organisation implementing a 15-month ILO PROSPECTS-funded programme providing integrated technical and financial support to Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) entities in Lebanon, in partnership with Al Majmoua.

Alfanar is seeking a short-term consultant to establish the programme management infrastructure and operational systems for this programme during its inception phase. The scope covers five deliverables: a master programme tracker and coordination tools, facilitation of an internal kickoff session, a RACI framework across both implementing organisations, documented SSE eligibility and decision criteria, and a consolidated programme reference pack.
