Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
• Ensure the mission operations adhere to the donor organization's rules and regulations.
• Responsible for leading project preparation, budgeting, action schedules, and reporting procedures, as well as directing the development and execution of project deliverables.
• Responsible for sending operation reports, meeting minutes, and financial reports to the director and donors on a monthly basis as required.
• Oversee the development and submission of annual activity-based project budgets, monthly and quarterly financial reports, and the submission of new funding requests
• Lead and inspire the project team, keep track of project plans and expenses, and organize work with contractors and volunteers.
• Ensure a smooth operation, ensure close cooperation and teamwork with cooperating parties.
• Implementing activities and achieving benefits as outlined in grant agreements
• Use resourcefulness when planning, implementing, and tracking projects.
• Troubleshoots project issues and develops and implements innovative ideas.
• Evaluate, review and control the quality of ongoing and completed projects
• Be the M&E unit's key point of contact and operate closely with the M&E specialist .
• Prepare and file invoice demands to the accounting department.
• Ensure regular visits to the field to assess the project’s implementation.

 Ability to build a report with board members, key stakeholders and partners.
 Travelling frequently

 Education :
 Bachelor Degree in business administration, planning, or other related fields.

 Experience :
 Multi-years’ experience overseeing major programs, strategic job planning systems, team development, and financial management is required
 Experience writing high quality reports
 Demonstrated success in leading and motivating high-performing teams
