Consultant Trainer

ALLC is looking for a Consultant Trainer that will be responsible for:

  • reviewing internal policies and procedures including financial templates
  • providing recommendation and suggestions on improving the reviewed manuals to management
  • training ALLC staff on :
    • internal controls related to asset, procurement, financial, HR/payroll and Budget Management. 
    • job performance in implementing ALLC financial manuals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience with NGOs in delivering training, developing sessions and manuals
  • Experience in capacity building of local Civil Society Organizations

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, creativity and flexibility

Compensation:

The consultant will be compensated 800,000 LBP per day

Period:

3 days training.

2 days reviewing financial manuals.
