Administrator / Data Entry Specialist

Skills: Highly organized, Arabic and English fast typing, attention to detail, confidentiality, ability to analyze data, resuls driven, and motivated. Proficient in English, French and Arabic languages. Job description: - Collect data via questionnaires, calls, coordination with field teams. - Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities. - Process source data documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomlete to the team leader for resolution. - Create spreadsheets and enter data. - Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. - Verfiy entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data. - Secure information by completing data base backups. - Sort, organize and file paperwork after entering data. - Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems. - Maintain digital database. - Record meeting discussions. - Conduct field visits as required. - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related administrative tasks as needed.
