Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program.
managing risks to the program's successful outcome
initiating extra activities and other interventions wherever gaps in the program are identified or issues arise
Providing administrative and logistical support for the programs of responsibility and supporting other programs if needed.
Assisting managers and team members by maintaining calendars, receiving and composing communications as correspondence, and replies to inquiries.
Handling preparations, scheduling, logistics, and other various requirements
Assisting in the development and implementation of quality improvement measures for the program.
Visiting fields when needed
Holding regular meetings with the program team and follow up on agreed action points.
Reporting regularly to Component Manager and Project Manager
Maintaining project documents in efficient and organized system.
