IT coordinator

Set up necessary computers and computer-related devices (printers, etc.) Scan computers (hard disks, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications Develop and maintain hardware to improve performance Ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems Instruct and teach users how to operate new software and computers Organize and schedule promotions and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work Malfunction analysis and diagnosis (parts repair, correction or replacement, etc.) Maintain records of repairs and repairs and schedule maintenance Identify shortages of computers or network devices and place commands Evaluate the infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure that it continues to meet the necessary requirements Managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve employee satisfaction Coordinating the needs of the centers with suppliers, and securing quotations according to the purchase order Protect customer data from external leakage through secure data storage and other necessary means Assist in installing new hardware and software and help train employees to use it Offer suggestions for improvements and possible changes within the IT department Define network policies and procedures
