The purpose of this assignment is to seek a Transportation Supplier; this includes the provision of a list of required Services as listed in “Appendix J” for Supplying Refreshments for Classes and Offices" detailed as follows:
The purpose of this tender is to establish a framework agreement with a competent supplier capable of:
Lot 1 – Refreshments for Amel Classes: (Delivery on Weekly Basis)
- Providing refreshments for all Amel training sessions and educational projects that meet high quality and food safety standards as listed in “Appendix J”
- Delivering refreshments efficiently to designated locations
Lot 2 – Refreshments for Amel offices: (Delivery on Demand Basis)
- Providing refreshments for Amel Offices all over Lebanon that meet high quality and food safety standards as listed in “Appendix J”
- Delivering refreshments efficiently to designated locations
- Responding rapidly to emergency and crisis-related requests

- The estimated annual value of this tender is 150,000 $ yearly
- Quantities are indicative only and may increase or decrease based on funding availability, operational needs, and emergency response requirements
- No minimum quantity is guaranteed under this Contract

The resulting contract will be valid for 12 Months; this is known as a long-term agreement (LTA). The quantities are variable and subject to change.
Service providers may submit quotations for one or more Lots. Each Lot will be evaluated separately. Amel reserves the right to award multiple Lots to multiple suppliers; however, each individual Lot will be awarded to one selected supplier only.
On behalf of Amel Association International, all Food and Beverages Suppliers are hereby invited to tender for required Refreshments for Amels Calasses and offices all accross Lebanon.
Sealed and labeled Tenders must be returned to Amel Association International on or before the 25th of Feb 2026, by hand to AMEL headquarters, 3rd floor.
Tenders submitted in any other manner will be deemed invalid tenders. Unsigned tenders/tender proposal forms will likewise be deemed invalid tenders. The signature for the Form of Tender/Tender Proposal Form must be that of a Principal or Director of the firm. Tenders must be in the format prescribed in the Form of Tender/Tender Proposal Form and all required documents must be submitted.
Tenders will be assessed in accordance with the mentioned criteria.
