RFQ - 05278 - 1566 PSS Kits

To whom it may concern,

Kindly find attached RFQ-5278 for the procurement of 1,566 PSS kits under one of our projects.
The RFQ includes detailed specifications of the requested items as well as the quantities required per kit.

For your convenience, two additional columns have been provided in the RFQ to enter your proposed prices and brand names, which can serve as your official quotation. Alternatively, you may submit your company’s standard quotation form. In both cases, the document must be duly stamped and signed.

Samples will be required in a later stage. 

Delivery will be in Sour, but kindly note the delivery of the kits should be divided into three batches due to the limited storage space. Therefore, you are required to deliver 522 kits over three separate deliveries.
