RFQ - 05309 - Feasibility Study Consultant

1 – Overview:

Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development

2 – Scope of work:

In carrying out the study, the following documents should be submitted:

An inception report containing detailed information on methodology, sample size and selection, timing and logistics, submitted by the 2nd of October 2025;

All data collection instruments (questionnaires, interview guides, observation sheets, etc.). These should be agreed with KNH and Amel Association International and submitted by 6th of October;

A draft study report to be submitted by 12th of October.

A finalised study report in which the observations of KNH and Amel have been taken into account and integrated. The final report is due within five to ten working days after feedback from KNH and Amel. 

3 – The quotation must include:

4 – Required Documents:

All Bidders are required to send the below requirements procurementdpt@amel.org with the subject “RFQ - 05309 - Feasibility Study Consultant” copying procurement@amel.org and procurementfield@amel.org :

A signed and stamped quotation using “Annex A - Commercial Offer”

Certificate of the registration in the ministry of finance (الشهاد المالية). and all related legal papers including owner ID, If applicable

Acknowledgment for the attached “Annex C - Amel Suppliers Pact of Conduct”

5 – Payment Terms:

Bank transfer.

7 – Timeframe

Quotations and the requested papers should be submitted on or before Friday 26-09-2025

8 – Important

Kindly note that the quotation will be automatically rejected if

The bidder doesn’t send all the requested papers (mentioned in number 4).

The quotation doesn’t include the requirements (mentioned in number 2).

The quotation is received after the deadline.
