1 – Overview:

Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development

2 – Scope of work:

Amel under its Livelihood program is looking for a Supplier for Makeup Materials for its makeup courses. The supplier should be able to provide the exact items as per attached “Annex A – Commercial Offer”.

Note: 

The selected supplier must be responsible for delivering the required materials within the required period.

Amel reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of Items.

3 – The quotation must include:

The number of the registration in the ministry of finance (if applicable)

VAT (if applicable)

Prices in USD

Delivery period

Validity of the Quotation 

4 – Required Documents:

All Bidders are required to send the below requirements procurementdpt@amel.org with the subject “RFQ - 05422 - Makeup materials” copying procurement@amel.org, procurementfield@amel.org and purchase@amel.org:

- A signed and stamped quotation.

- Certificate of the registration in the ministry of finance (الشهاد المالية). and all related legal papers including owner ID. (if applicable)

- Annex B - Vendor Pre-Qualification Form, If Applicable

- Acknowledged Annex C - Amel Suppliers Pact of Conduct – English

5 – Payment Terms:

Bank or OMT transfer.

6 – Questions/ Request for clarification

7 – Timeframe

Quotations and the requested papers should be submitted on or before 3rd of November 2025

Kindly note that the quotation will be automatically rejected if

The bidder doesn’t send all the requested papers (mentioned in number 4).

The quotation doesn’t include the requirements (mentioned in number 3).

The quotation is received after the deadline.
