1 – Overview:

Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development

2 – Scope of work:

Amel under its Education program is looking for specialised Trainers for several topics.

The trainer will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality training sessions to educators and educational leaders. The training should be practical, interactive, and tailored to the needs of the participants.

Trainings required are:

1. Classroom Management
2. Innovative Teaching Strategies
3. Inclusive Education
4. 21st Century Skills
5. AI in Education
6. Play- based Pedagogy
7. Strategic planning

3 – Terms of reference (TOR):

Please refer to the attached - Annex B - Terms of Reference (ToR) for Education Trainers

Note: 

4 – The quotation must include:

The number of the registration in the ministry of finance (if existing)

VAT

Prices in USD

Delivery period

Validity of the Quotation 

5 – Required Documents:

All Bidders are required to send the below requirements procurementdpt@amel.org with the subject “RFQ - 05491 - Trainer for Amel's Education Program” copying procurement@amel.org and procurementfield@amel.org and purchase@amel.org:

- A signed and stamped quotation using Annex A- Commercial Offer

- The technical and methodological approach for the traing(s)

- Certificate of the registration in the ministry of finance (الشهاد المالية). and all related legal papers including owner ID. if applicable

- Acknowledged Annex C - Amel Suppliers Pact of Conduct – English

- Annex D - Vendor Pre-Qualification Form, If Applicable

6 – Payment Terms:

Bank transfer or OMT Payments

Quotations and the requested papers should be submitted on or before 14th of Nov 2025

The bidder doesn’t send all the requested papers (mentioned in number 5).

The quotation doesn’t include the requirements (mentioned in number 4).

The quotation is received after the deadline.
