1 – Overview:
Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 25 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development.
The ARDNA project aims to strengthen the resilience of crisis-affected communities in South Lebanon by restoring sustainable livelihoods, with a strong focus on agriculture, vocational skills, and climate-resilient practices. As part of Phase I, a multi-functional livelihood and resilience center will be established on AMEL-owned land in Derdghaya, providing hands-on agricultural training, post-training mentorship, and linkages with national institutions.
2 – Scope of work:
The primary objectives of the Consultant to provide technical expertise and oversight for the planning, installation, finishing, and delivery of the prefabrique center, ensuring compliance with legal, technical, and quality standards
3 - Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and designs related to the prefab unit
- Ensure that all technical aspects comply with engineering standards and safety regulations
- Support in preparing, reviewing, and following up on all required legal and official documentations
- Act as the main technical focal point with the prefab suppliers
- Review supplier proposals, technical specifications, and timelines
- Follow up regularly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with agreed standards
- Conduct field visits as needed to monitor installation and progress
- Monitor finishing works and ensure quality standards are met
- Supervise final inspection before delivery and handover
- Validate the delivered prefab meets contractual and technical requirements
- Provide regular updates to the project team.

3.1 Area:

3.2 Timeline:
3 months from January 2026 till 31/03/2026.
4 - Deliverables:
- Prepare Required BOQ.
- Participate in selection process and conduct technical evaluation.
- Arrange for and acquire relevant Legal Permits.
- Oversee the prefab installation process.
