1 – Overview:

Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development

2 – Scope of work:

Under its emergency response activities, Amel is seeking to enter into a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for a period of six (6) months with a qualified supplier to provide 2,000 Mattresses Sets.

The selected supplier must be specialized in providing Mattresses Sets and capable of delivering the required services efficiently and in a timely manner.

• 1. Folding Mattresses:
• Provide 2,000 Folding Mattresses – 5 cm
  2. Mattresses:
• Provide 2,000 Mattresses – 10 cm
  3. Pillows with covers
• Provide 2,000 Soft Pillows with Covers
  4. Thermal Blankets
• Provide 2,000 Thermal Blanket (Single Size: 1.50 x 2.00 m, synthetic, High thermal, 1 to 2 Kg)

Notes:

1. The stated quantities are provisional estimates based on anticipated needs under the emergency response. Actual quantities may vary depending on operational requirements. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as a guarantee of minimum purchase volumes or a binding commitment by Amel.
2. Amel reserves the right to award any item(s) from the above list, in whole or in part.

3 – The quotation must include:

Same requested specification

Prices in USD

Validation of the quotation

4 – Required Documents:

All Bidders are required to send the below requirements via email to: procurementdpt@amel.org with the subject “RFQ - 05876 – Mattresses Sets” copying procurement@amel.org and procurementfield@amel.org :

- RFQ signed and stamped

- A signed and stamped Technical Offer using “Annex A - Technical Offer”

- A signed and stamped Commercial Offer using “Annex B - Commercial Offer”

- Certificate of the registration in the ministry of finance (الشهاد المالية). and all related legal papers including owner ID.

- If your firm is not register with Amel, you should complete, sign and submit the Vendor Pre-Qualification Form “Annex C”

- Acknowledgment for the attached “Annex D - Amel Suppliers Pact of Conduct”

5 – Payment Terms:

7 – Timeframe

Quotations and the requested papers should be submitted on or before Friday 06-03-2026

8 – Important

Kindly note that the quotation will be automatically rejected if

The bidder doesn’t send all the requested papers (mentioned in number 4).

The quotation doesn’t include the requirements (mentioned in number 3).

The quotation is received after the deadline.
