Communication Assistant

  Tasks: Contributing to the functioning of the communication department: Secretarial work: Take care of the President’s correspondence Write speeches for the President when necessary Update the mailing list Be responsible of the mail box info@amel.org.lb   Assist the communication officer in Animating and developing social media Editing the newsletter Managing the website Producing visual materials (leaflets, posters, etc.) Field visits (covering events organized in centres, accompanying partners and journalists, collecting testimonies, etc.) according to the needs Write meeting and field minutes Other tasks upon request and according to needs Develop new projects/missions: Participate to NGOs fairs organised by universities and animate Amel’s stand. Enhance Amel’s written communication about its activities: Other tasks upon request and according to needs Required skills Good writing skills Good human contact, good spirits and positivism, patience and resilience Ability to work under pressure Ability to work in an international environment Team player
