Coordinator Mobile Team Of Assistance

Amel organization, in partnership with Samu Social International, is setting up a structure of mobile assistance in Beirut and its region, reaching out to children and young “in situation of street” and with high vulnerability. The operational partnership between Amel and SSI is key to the project. This first phase is of 8 months. General objective of the project: improved inclusion of refugees and asylum seekers with vulnerabilities in Lebanon from their arrival up to a permanent solution is found, in terms of humanitarian, specialized and legal assistance. JOB PURPOSE: Ensure the operational functioning of the Mobile Social Assistance Team, by developing and managing the activities specified by the intervention strategy, and by supervising professionals in the field.   REPORTING LINES: Post holder reports directly to the Country Representative   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:        Responsibility n°1: Organize the intervention of the mobile support team - Activity 1.1: Provide the team with the necessary equipment to carry out its mission, supervising all levels of the supply chain - Activity 1.2: Mapping the area of intervention, and updating it according to the needs identified in the field - Activity 1.3: Define priorities for intervention, depending on the level of vulnerability of beneficiaries - Activity 1.4: Implement statistical monitoring tools   Responsibility n°2: Lead the professionals of the mobile team - Activity 2.1: Provide technical support to optimize care - Activity 2.2: Facilitate team meetings to address the individual situations of beneficiaries, while addressing operational issues - Activity 2.3: Define the planning of the team members, in liaison with the human resources department   Responsibility n ° 3: Developing partnerships with associations and public administrations - Activity 3.1: Representing the scheme to the various partners - Activity 3.2: Participate in meetings of consultations related to the field of activity - Activity 3.3: Look for the actors likely to be able to improve the care chains   Responsibility 4: Ensuring safety during interventions - Activity 4.1: Develop a daily safety watch to prevent possible endangerments - Activity 4.2: Communicate on the approach to the various actors present in the area of intervention - Activity 4.3: Enforce safety rules that can reduce the vulnerability of teams during interventions
