1. Performance of the main tasks:
- Collecting and coordinating (+ inserting and saving in the computer) everything that comes to the center or its publications, transactions and correspondence ... for reference when needed.
- Insert files on the Primary Health Care Information System.
- Receive and process patient forms, medical histories, and test results from medical professionals.
- Analyze the information collected to ensure that it is correct and accurate.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality laws and regulations.
- Manage and update data for clinical databases and registries.
- Use classification software
- Implement an effective electronic health record system.
- Index files, organize files and save their contents well (adopt appropriate documentation system).
- Print letters and reports, and make sure that they are free of spelling or linguistic errors.
- Gathering and coordinating data for the Center:
- Check the data and store it on the computer.
- Extract necessary information when necessary.
- Interpreting and analyzing results; preparing and publishing reports.
- Enter and save the basic data of the health center in the computer.
-. Enter and save all available statistics in the PC for reporting.
2. Adherence to Amel internal regulations and principles and to the policies and procedures established within the Center on a regular basis, in addition to:
- Adhere to work time according to the center's policy.
- Provide coverage of the work of the employee / contractor in case of absence in coordination with colleagues from the staff of the Center.
- Adhering to good behavior, effective positive communication, positive handling with work pressure...
- Commitment to calm and serenity in stressful situations.
- Attend staff meeting periodically.
3. Developing and Maintaining Main Business Relations:
- Comply with the instructions of the Head of Center and carry out any additional tasks as directed by him/her.
- Work on developing self-performance and performance of others.
- Attend relevant training.
- Promote the primary health care objectives adopted by the Center (compliance with policies and procedures, patient-centered health care, improving the quality of performance and services ..., patient satisfaction, service excellency, staff efficiency, etc.
