Background
The Digital Learning Initiatives aim to enhance learning experiences through digital tools and resources. To ensure effective implementation, Digital Hubs and IT Focal Points will play a critical role in supporting Akelius sessions, maintaining equipment, and ensuring smooth operations at designated centers.
The purpose of these roles is to manage digital learning tools, maintain internet connectivity, and provide technical support to ensure uninterrupted learning sessions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure Akelius sessions are conducted effectively and efficiently.
- Oversee the setup, use, and storage of digital equipment, including tablets, headsets, and charging stations.
- Coordinate with IT Focal Points to address and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Submit regular progress reports on Akelius sessions and equipment usage.
Deliverables:
-Smooth and effective facilitation of Akelius sessions.
-Well-maintained and properly stored digital equipment.
-Regular progress updates on session outcomes and equipment usage.
-Timely resolution of internet and technical issues.
Requirements, Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
- Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
- Effective coordination and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in digital learning facilitation is an asset.
