We are seeking a dedicated and professional English Teacher to design and deliver engaging Level 2 English classes to migrants. The teacher will be responsible for creating a curriculum that integrates activities to ensure lesson comprehension, maintaining a professional classroom environment, and contributing to the program's success through detailed reporting, testing, and participation in required trainings.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development:* Prepare and implement a Level 2 English curriculum tailored to the needs of migrants, incorporating activities that facilitat understanding and practical application of the lessons.
- Classroom Management:* Maintain a professional and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning, ensuring all students are engaged and progressing.
- Pre- and Post-Testing:* Develop and administer pre- and post-tests for each course cycle to measure students' language skills at the start and end of the course, and adjust the curriculum based on the results.
- Monthly Reporting:* Write and submit a monthly report detailing class progress, student achievements, testing results, and any challenges encountered.
- Training Attendance:* Participate in training sessions as required to improve teaching methods and adapt to the program's evolving needs.
- Attendance Management:* Ensure attendance is accurately recorded every Sunday, and follow up with absent students to address any issues. Ensure all classroom materials and settings are well-organized and fully operational.
Working hours: 1:30 minutes each Sunday from each month
Salary : 100 USD Per month ( 4 sessions Per Month / 25 USD Per session )
