Amel is looking for a mental health expert to train health and mental health staff on different topics such as PFA, ECM, PM+, interpersonal skills etc.

Tasks and duties

• Prepare training materials,
• Input into a range of interactive exercises, including “hands-on” practice of skills, to support course content and objectives or revise and update existing exercises and simulations as needed depending on the target population to train,
• Design and implement interactive trainings, in line with adult learning insights,
• Roll out the training sessions,
• Develop training reports, and
• Training report per training including pre posttest and training evaluation analysis
