Nurse - Medical Mobile Unit - West Bekaa

Nurses working in Amel Centers or MMUs provide nursing services to Amel patients under the supervision of the Medical Doctor.   Tasks and duties Under the guidance and supervision of the Doctor, the Nurse shall carry out the following: -   Examine and talk to patients to diagnose their medical conditions; -   Filter the medical cases and refer them to medical specialists; -   Document patient/family visits details; -   Maintain medical records; -   Participate in efforts to increase community awareness on medical related issues: birth control, reproductive health, communicable diseases, ... -   Organize all administrational aspects of file and record keeping. -   Liaise with other medical and non-medical staff in Amel centers to ensure quality treatment; -   Maintain confidentiality and impartiality; -   Promote health education in conjunction with doctors and social workers;    Other Tasks:  Reporting /Networking Prepare medical records to be sent to Program and Medical Coordinator Liaise with relevant NGOs, government agencies and national institutions to maintain a network and cooperation in medical fields
