Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach for beneficiaries among targeted populations for the different activities.
Prepare and submit reports and documentation for activities in a timely manner.
Respect Amel’s internal policies and code of conduct
Respect data protection guidelines and case privacy
Follow up closely with the coordinator on their daily tasks (from Household visits, activities and other requested responsibilities)
Share their observation and the community challenges and trends
Other duties
Mobilize and participate in the various community-based activities;
Ensure coordination between the centers of AMEL.
Attend and participate in local and capacity-building training throughout the year;
Be available to attend and participate in internal and external meetings;
Maintain positive relations with other team members;
Ensure the utmost confidentiality of the beneficiary's data and information;
The Outreach Volunteer may support additional tasks and carry other responsibilities which are not mentioned above, depending on the needs of the Makani project.
Requirements:
High school or relevant
Previous experience in volunteering is desirable, preferable experience in education and child protection
Languages: Fluency in arabic, english is an asset
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Proven familiarity with technology
Preferable previous experience in working with the vulnerable community
Willingness to conduct visits to the field
