Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver Sports for Development activities that align with program objectives, using sports as a tool for personal and community development.
2. Promote inclusion and teamwork through structured sports-based interventions and activities.
3. Facilitate discussions and reflections after activities to link sports concepts with life skills and personal development.
4. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.
5. Maintain equipment, ensure proper use, and request replacements when needed.
6. Document activities and progress, submitting regular reports to the program coordinator.
Requirements Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Sports Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sports-based programs for youth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate adolescents and youth in interactive learning.
Knowledge of child safeguarding policies and practices.
Experience in report writing and monitoring progress.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
