The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for:
Supply of PV modules (N-type monofacial or bifacial), inverters (on-grid and hybrid), lithium-ion battery systems, mounting structures, protection cabinets, cables, earthing systems, and associated components
Civil works (including waterproofing and related site works, as required)
Installation and electrical works
Testing and commissioning
Warranty and after-sales support
Maintenance services
Anera anticipates supporting approximately thirty-eight (38) beneficiary entities. The estimated average system capacity is approximately 80 kWp per site; however, actual system sizes, configurations, and quantities will vary and will be defined under individual Release Orders issued during the BPA period.
Establishment of a BPA does not guarantee a minimum quantity or contract value.
Evaluation Methodology
Proposals will be evaluated using a Best Value Trade-Off approach, based on:
Technical Evaluation – 70%
Financial Evaluation – 30%
Technical evaluation will assess compliance with specifications, relevant experience, key personnel qualifications, work plan and methodology, and financial capacity.
The award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose proposal represents the best overall value to Anera.
