Anera announces the opening of applications under the Social Impact Revolving Fund to support the installation of solar energy systems for municipalities and entities in the health and education sectors. The Fund provides reimbursable grants that reduce operational costs, enhance service delivery, and promote sustainability. Repaid funds are reinvested to support new beneficiaries, ensuring long-term community benefit.
A minimum of six entities will be selected based on predefined criteria such as energy cost, readiness, and social/environmental impact.
Key Dates:
- November 19, 2025: Launch of Call for Applications
- November 24, 2025: Deadline for inquiries (send to CommunityDev@aneralebanon.org with Subject: "Solar CFA – Municipality/Entity Name")
- December 2, 2025: Application submission deadline
- During December the shortlisted candidates will be contacted to submit any additional documents
- January 15, 2026 till January 30, 2026: The final list of approved projects for Round 1 will be announced, and agreements will be initiated.
In case of any date changes, notifications will be sent to shortlisted applicants by email.

تُعلن جمعية أنيرا عن فتح باب التقديم ضمن صندوق الأثر الاجتماعي الدوّار لتركيب أنظمة طاقة شمسية للبلديات والمؤسسات العامة والخاصة العاملة في قطاعات التعليم والصحة، بهدف خفض تكاليف التشغيل وتحسين جودة الخدمات العامة.
يقدّم الصندوق منحًا قابلة للاسترداد، حيث تُعاد المبالغ المسدّدة لدعم مستفيدين جدد، ما يعزّز الاستدامة والفائدة المجتمعية.
سيتم اختيار ما لا يقل عن ست جهات بناءً على معايير محدّدة تشمل كلفة الطاقة، الجهوزية، والأثر الاجتماعي والبيئي.
المواعيد الأساسية:
- 19 تشرين الثاني 2025: إطلاق نداء تقديم الطلبات.
- 24 تشرين الثاني 2025: الموعد النهائي لتلقّي الاستفسارات على البريد الإلكتروني: CommunityDev@aneralebanon.org (مع عنوان الرسالة: Solar CFA – Municipality/Entity Name)
- 2 كانون الأول 2025: الموعد النهائي لتقديم الطلبات.
- خلال شهر كانون الأول: سيتم التواصل مع المرشحين المدرجين على القائمة القصيرة لتقديم أي مستندات إضافية.
- من 15 كانون الثاني 2026 حتى 30 كانون الثاني 2026: سيتم الإعلان عن القائمة النهائية للمشاريع المعتمدة ضمن الجولة الأولى، والبدء بإجراءات توقيع الاتفاقيات.
