Data Analyst - Prospective

As a Data Analyst, you should have:

• Demonstrated data analysis experience and technical skills (using data, spreadsheets, SQL, and other tools to derive insights and program goals)
• Experience designing and building reporting dashboards, including experience with popular data visualization tools Google Data Studio and Tableau
• Experience working day-to-day using a popular data warehouse, like Redshift or BigQuery, as well as knowledge of the Google Cloud or AWS ecosystem
• A passion for teaching technical tools and for empowering individuals to learn new skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and project management skills
• Be able to work with, clarify, and find creative solutions for ambiguous and sometimes challenging requests from partners

It would be nice to have:

• Experience training and supporting users or experience creating training materials; experience leading those efforts is an additional plus
• Experience (including volunteer!) in community impact projects 
• Knowledge of organizing data or software like voter files or voter contact tools
