Anera is planning to implement a food assistance intervention to support 5,059 vulnerable Lebanese, Syrian and Palestinian households during the Holy Month of Ramadan 2022.
Each HH will receive a standard food parcel.
To that purpose, Anera is opening this tender to invite eligible vendors to submit proposals for the procurement of 5,059 food parcels per the terms of this tender.

تم تمديد مهلة تقديم العروض الى يوم الخميس 17 اذار2022 الساعة 12:00 ظهراً.
Proposals must be submitted physically to Anera Office at the following address:
Anera Main Office, Badaro, Alam Str. Forest Bldg-1st Floor, Beirut - Lebanon.
Bids should be submitted by no later than Friday 11 March 2022 4:00pm Beirut time.
The full parcel should be submitted as a sample with the proposal including all items, packaging and the quality boxes will be examined
Incomplete Proposals will be disqualified.
Submission must be in the form of One envelope sealed with red wax containing two separate envelopes inside:
One Envelope for the technical proposal (1.1) , and another envelope for the financial proposal (1.2).
يجب تسليم العروض باليد إلى مكتب أنيرا على العنوان التالي:
مكتب أنيرا الرئيسي، بدارو ، شارع علم، بناية فورست- الطابق الأول، بيروت - لبنان
ينبغي تقديم العروض في مهلة أقصاها يوم الجمعة في 11 آذار 2022 الساعة 4:00 بعد الظهر بتوقيت بيروت.
يجب تقديم عينة عن الحصة الكاملة عند تسليم العرض على أن تحتوي الحصة على كامل المحتويات، مع الإشارة إلى أنه سيتم فحص جودة التوضيب بما فيها الصناديق.
سيتم استبعاد العروض غير المكتملة .
يتم تسليم العرض في ظرف واحد مختوم بالشمع الأحمر بداخله ظرفين منفصلين:
الظرف الأول للعرض التقني (1.1) والظرف الثاني للعرض المالي (1.2).
