- About Anera

- About the Consultancy
Anera has been growing since its launch in 1968, and with many forecasted new programs until 2030, we expect to have exponential growth.
Therefore, Anera has decided to accelerate its digital transformation process and make sure to use the most adequate tools to fulfill its needs cross-programs and cross-offices.
- Scope of Work
Anera is looking for a product management consultant to join its team.
The role of the consultant will be the following:
-Collect the functional requirements of Anera different teams working on different projects in different locations
Analyze Anera’s existing processes and requirements using a participatory consultative approach. This is expected to include desk research, interviews, and operational site visits
Draw user stories workflow to illustrate the list of actions performed by Anera staff, Anera donors, and Anera beneficiaries
Identify interconnection between the different departments in term of processes/flow of work
-Highlight most time-consuming tasks in order to prioritize Anera’s automation projects for the next 12 months
-Perform a full assessment on the current Anera’s tooling and its response to Anera teams’ functional requirements' needs
-Provide recommendations on the tools to keep & tools to disqualify according to the assessment outcome and propose other tools - if relevant- to respond better to Anera staff needs
-Assess global NGOs tools usage to help in spotting most used tools for common functionalities
-Deliver a report detailing all the steps mentioned previously
- Expected consultant qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering
-Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
-Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
-Previous experience conducting interviews to develop functional requirements
-Highly effective cross-functional team management
-Previous experience with NGOs or fundraising organizations is highly desirable
-Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
-Fluency in English & Arabic language (written & spoken)
