Please reference RFP/LB/ANERA/LB/2026/1251-Establishment of Sensory Rooms in any response to this RFP. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and only at the discretion of Anera.
All interested bidders intending to submit their proposal must attend the mandatory site visit prior submission for the lot(s) for which they intend to submit:
- For Beirut on 17 June 2026
- For North on 18 June 2026.
Interested bidders are requested to confirm their availability by email at procurement@anera.org. Following confirmation, Anera will share the location, date, and time details of the site visit.
Expression of Interest :
- Interested bidders must submit a written Expression of Interest by email to procurement@anera.org in order to receive the BOQ folders and solicitation documents.
- Any questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing by email. Responses provided by Anera will be shared with all bidders who have expressed interest in the solicitation.
- Only written responses issued by Anera shall be considered official.
