Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in projects’ budgets preparation
2. Maintain and develop the monthly internal financial reports of all ongoing projects.
3. Assist in the development and preparation of donor’s financial reports
4. Contribute to donors’ spotcheck/ verification visits or audits
5. Review of monthly project’s accounts, maintain records and ensure financial records of all projects are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes
6. Assist the periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems
7. Maintain records and receipts of all daily transactions of assigned projects.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field.
2. A minimum of 5 years experience in similar role
3. In-depth knowledge of financial regulaons and accounting processes
4. Outstanding analytical and time management skills
5. Strong attention to details
6. Excellent wrien and verbal communicaon skills.
