Organizational Setting and Reporting
The duration of this position will be 6months(Renewable) based on availability of funds and performance
This Accountant is located within the Finance and Administration Department and reports directly to Finance and Administration Manager
Responsibilities
The Candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following:
Preparing Payment Vouchers
Custody of Petty cash
Collecting and verifying documents
Maintain Daily Register
Assists in preparing the monthly and quarterly financial reports
Subsidiary Allocations
Maintain proper filing of all financial documentation (vouchers, contracts, tender documents, etc.)
Data entry using the accounting software(SAGE)

Education
Graduate from a reputable university with a degree in:
Business Administration/Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance
Computer Skills
Possess excellent knowledge of all MS applications with emphasis of spreadsheets (MS Excel)
Work Experience
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the same field
Previous experience with INGO’s is preferred
Languages
For this post, fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is required.
