Coordinator of the Diploma in Child and Adolescent Mental Health for humanitarian settings in the Middle East and North Africa


The Dip CAMH Coordinator will work within the project team to coordinate all aspects of the implementation of the Dip CAMH– with support from the CEC, Psychology Department and in partnership with Save the Children

They will be responsible for
o
Supporting the Project Lead with ensuring that all project milestones are achieved, and all deliverables finalized with the agreed timeframe
o
Coordinating communication between CEC, Psychology, Save the Children and students
o
Supporting instructors to ensure content and materials are delivered on track
o
Supporting the revision of course materials, in English or in Arabic such as syllabi, reading lists, content or activities, course handbook etc.
o
Managing and supporting administrative tasks, such as setting up meetings, responding to students, taking minutes, or liaising with the office of grants and contracts
o
Monitoring the timeline and ensuring students progress smoothly
o
Participating in regular coordination meetings with the project team
o
Troubleshooting for students and instructors
o
Supporting marketing and student recruitment efforts
o
Supporting in the preparation of donor reports, and budget management
o
Supporting in the evaluation of the Dip CAMH
o
Supporting data management and synthesis of data, and preparation of reports and presentations, as needed for the project

-At least Masters level degree in relevant field (e.g. Clinical or Counselling Psychology, Global Mental Health), or equivalent experience
-At least 2 years’ experience in leading or coordinating projects in a relevant field (i.e. mental health, psychosocial support, education, and/or child protection)
-Extensive experience working within humanitarian settings and affected populations
-Proven track record in completing project cycles
-Experience in managing data
-Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) and Arabic (oral and written)
-Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
-Reliable and able to work to tight deadlines
-Available for the project duration
