Position Description
The Administrative Assistant for the English Language department would be a part of the team responsible for organizing and managing English courses offered on-site to the public and off-site for private companies and organizations. The Administrative Assistant should also focus on providing exceptional customer experience to meet the department’s targets and objectives. Major tasks would include:
Perform administrative support tasks, including paperwork, data-entry, filing, etc.
Coordinate with students and provide professional customer service
Enhance program effectiveness
Ensure all classrooms are prepared before courses begin
Provide cashiering services
Assist with marketing and social media communications and campaigns
Support teachers with their classroom needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English Language or related field
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Good time management skills
Ability to take initiative and be creative
Proven leadership skills
Willingness to have a flexible work schedule based upon course schedules
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet
Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
