The role of the Assistant Partners Coordinator is to assist in following up with Francophone donors. This follow up will focus on the following:
-Understand and develop the framework and strategy for the Francophone and other partners
-Briefing officials on Francophone partners’ intervention strategy and plans
-Drafting sensitive correspondence between the partners
-Progress reports and following up on action points from donor-government meetings
-Follow-up closely with different departments and with the focal point for Agence Française de Développement (AFD)
PROFILE AND SKILLS:
- Strong experience in project management, coordination, and working with national and international partners
- Demonstrated experience in drafting high quality reports in French
- Excellent inter-personal and donor liaison skills
- Excellent writing, reading, and communication skills in French (writing reports, briefs, communicating with Francophone partners)
- English language skills are advantageous
