As a Project Assistant the person will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the project. The project assistant will support coordinators and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and projects. The project assistant will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
The main tasks & responsibilities are, but not limited to
Provide organizational support to any projects undertaken by the team, as necessary
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms (Inside and outside the organization)
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Provide general support to visitors
Others as required by the direct responsible
Qualifications and Requirements
Oral and written communication skill in English and Arabic languages
Excellent MS Office skills.
Demonstrated capacity to innovate and think creatively
Excellent organizational and interpersonal capabilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Drive License is mandatory
